We have called it SUPREME because our Parmigiano Reggiano stands out for the quality of the milk and the long and careful ageing which lasts for 30 months. The milk is obtained from pedigree Frisona cows in the first 70 days after they have calved; this is when their milk is extremely rich in proteins and high quality nutrients. The milk is collected with the maximum respect for the animals.

Our Parmigiano Reggiano PDO SUPREME 30 months, is exceptionally rich in nutrients and has a crumbly and granular texture with balanced notes of dried fruit. It goes perfectly with fine full-bodied red wines, passito or liqueur wines.
