order to provide our customers with typical Italian products of the highest quality. Our Linguine are made by a typical Calabrian pasta maker who has successfully combined the latest technology with tried and tested, traditional farming methods
A tradition which has been passed on from generation to generation, an appreciation of the importance of looking after the land and a respect for Italian traditions have led to the creation of the Monteleone. This pasta has a hidden secret: Calabria, the land where it comes from, where the sun, the winds and the sea have created a biodiversity that can only be found here.
Durum wheat semolina and water. The simplicity of the ingredients gives this pasta its unique, intense flavour. The special composition of this type of pasta makes it ideal for fish-based sauces and condiments.
